Once again, we would like to thank NI for the opportunity to present our DIAdem-based turn-key solutions for various applications to interested users. We have shown
- automated data acquisition and evaluation on vehicles
- the end-of-line testing of pneumatic valves and
- our real-time extension of DIAdem based on TwinCAT.
“Automation saves us 30% time – every day!”. That was the conclusion of our presentation on the first of the topics mentioned above, and that’s exactly what the project manager at Volkswagen said about our solution, which is used to measure quiescent current in vehicles.
In the presentation, we showed how this time saving is possible: through consistent, end-to-end automation.
From the test management system all information is obtained that is required to carry out both the respective measurement and the associated analysis automatically. The generated parameter structure also forms the framework for returning the results. The application automatically feeds all results into the test management system and makes them available to the customer. Manual intervention is reduced to a minimum.
