Our pneumatic test solutions – from high-precision pressure measurement to the evaluation of complex time curves

We at müller+krahmer have many years of experience in testing pneumatic components. The range of devices we test includes simple directional valves as well as high-precision proportional valves, valve terminals, intelligent pneumatic sensors with bus interfaces, and components for industrial applications as well as for installation in road and rail vehicles.

The test methods and the technology used are just as varied as the function and design of the devices. We measure pressures with millibar accuracy and record leakages and flow rates in the range from a few to several hundred standard liters per minute. High-precision static measurements are just as much part of our repertoire as the evaluation of pressure curves in the millisecond range. We test devices with analog and digital inputs and outputs as well as those with bus interfaces such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, SERCOS III, CANopen or IO-Link. And we not only test them, but also configure them – calibrate them, upload firmware and individual parameters.

We integrate sensors, actuators, automation and measuring devices from Aventics, WIKA, Bronkhorst, Brooks Instrument, EP Ehrler, vögtlin, NI, Beckhoff, Emerson and PEAK-System into our solutions.
