What we regularly notice is that many companies invest heavily in software, yet are very reluctant when it comes to training users to make the best use of it.

It should be obvious, however, that only a user who knows and masters the software can work with it effectively. And let’s not forget: practical experience increases acceptance. Users work with the software they are familiar with. That is why our training courses focus on two key aspects: familiarising users with the software through repeated practice of similar tasks, and convincing them of its suitability using examples from their daily work. The feedback from participants proves us right.
