In fact, we published a similar one some time ago. However, three test benches could be seen at once back then. This time it really is just one test bench whose measurement and control hardware can be seen here – our flagship, so to speak, a universal test bench for highly dynamic and high-precision proportional valves from Aventics. Devices with five different bus interfaces (Profibus, Profinet, SERCOS III, EtherCAT and IO-Link) as well as with analog inputs and outputs can be tested on it. In addition, there is RS-232 and Ethernet for parameterization and CANopen for connecting sensors. And of course, the bus interface is changed automatically during testing – to match the respective device under test.
